Client Satisfaction Survey

1.Every 12 months, your adviser completes a Client Discovery Questionnaire (CDQ) with you. This helps us to understand your individual financial situation, your attitude to risk and your investment expertise. Any Statement of Advice (SOA) would then be produced and presented to you at the next meeting.

Note : The current CDQ replaced the following 3 documents: i) Client Questionnaire ii) Risk Tolerance Questionnaire iii) Customer Knowledge Assessment.

4.If you recently completed paperwork for a new Unit Trust / Collective Investment / Fund or Investment Linked Policy / Plan, did the Statement of Advice (SOA) that your adviser took you through include sections that contained details of:
