Now that the Election is behind us, what does the ATO have in store for you?

With the Federal Election following hot on the heels of the 2019 Budget we now turn our attention to the policies of the reinvigorated Coalition Government.

In previous years we have seen a raft of measures which have impacted on the financial wellbeing of Australian Expats and amongst the latest, one which could remove your Insurances from your Super without your knowledge.

It is a Chinese curse to say “May you live in interesting times” but it is fair to say that the Government’s hunger for revenue means that we most certainly do.

On 11th July 2019, Ian Black, AAM Head of Financial Planning and Wealth Solutions, will be joined by John Murphy, Managing Partner of Connole Carlisle Chartered Accountants, to discuss:

• The tax impact of the election result
• What this means now for property?
• Tax efficient retirement planning
• Ensuring your family remains protected after 1st October when the Super changes take effect

AAM, the leading Financial Advisers for Australian expatriates in Singapore are delighted to introduce Connole Carlisle, who have offices in both Australia and Singapore and can offer a cost effective and timely Australian Tax Return Service.
